Hi,
I am looking for a way to barbeque lamb ribs/chops. I live in an apartment with a balcony.
What is the best device to do this? BBQ? If so, with gas, or with electricity? What about smokeless grills? Are they any good in comparison in taste?

I know whenever you blend anything hot in the blender you have to remove the feeder cap from the blender lid cuz the pressure can blow the hot liquids but what about when you’re gonna use a Food processor to chop up a hot food item do you have to remove the feeder cap too [...]
