here we go, i am a college student in 1 of the culinary arts college in my country.. so, i was given an assignment called "kitchen equipment and utensils in hotel"
I have problem to do this assignment, and i don’t even know how to start. My lecturer said, list down all/some of the kitchen equipment and utensil. What i know is equipment and utensil is different thing. So, maybe someone out there can help me where to get such information with it’s picture?

    go to the shop portion of foodtv.com or go to jcp.com and look in the kitchen section. or look for a restaurant supply store online. You can look for:
    Oven
    Refrigerator
    Freezer
    Microwave
    Stand Mixer
    Stick Mixer
    Hand Mixer
    Food Processor
    Crock Pot
    Blender
    Whisk
    Knifes
    Spoons
    Rolling Pin
    and so on

    would guess it varies greatly by the hotel

    some hotels don’t have any food facilities, so there would be no kitchen equipment/untinsils
    some hotels have 5-star restaurants, so they would be very detailed on supplies
    some hotels only reheat frozen foods, so their supplies would be minimal

    walk in freezers
    hotel pans (slotted and non)
    stainless steel tables
    flat top grill
    ovens (French door and conventional)
    Oven hood vents
    Grease traps…
