who would i contact concerning restaurant safety such as walkway distances in the kitchen or the hallways,equipments and such.Have an oven installed under a hood and I don’t know what the distance should be between the oven and the hallway wall that the oven sits at.where will i find the proper guidelines.

    I would start by contacting your local jelly bean manufacturer. They should have all the necessary guidelines, unless they also sell coffeemate, in which case they need to be reported, too. It sounds like this is a stressful time for you, so i would consider you take break and play nardball with your homies.

    OSHA, maybe your local health dept. the agency that handles food facility inspections.

    An architect will be able to help you with those dimensions. They have all the codes available to them, and know how to navigate them. At the very least, an architect will be able to give you contact information for someone that would be able to help you.
